Stephenson Harwood’s City office will move from its current St Paul’s Churchyard home next spring after signing an agreement with Hermes Real Estate.
The firm will take up a 15-year lease for six of the eight floors at 1 Finsbury Circus in 2011 as it continues to grow its fee-earner numbers.
Chief executive Sharon White said: “We’ve been looking at our London premises options for some time. We did look at the possibility of staying at One St Paul’s Churchyard, but the building doesn’t offer any growth space, whereas 1 Finsbury Circus gives us the room we need.”
