Stephenson Harwood has announced three new partners as part of its annual promotions round, a slight decrease on last year’s count of four.
The City firm has promoted litigation associate Julian Cahn, finance associate Ian Mace and marine and international trade associate Andrew Rigden Green. All three new partners are currently based in London, but Rigden Green is set to move to the Hong Kong office in June.
The three associates join the partnership on 2 May, following on from a round of four partner promotions last year that saw one made up in the City, two in Hong Kong and one in Singapore, including one in corporate one in finance and two in marine and international trade.
CEO Sharon White said in a statement: “Each one [of the new partners] has worked incredibly hard for the firm, building on their expertise, client base and industry knowledge.
“We look forward to seeing their range of skills flourish in their new partner roles, which will enhance Stephenson Harwood’s standing in each of their practice areas.”
The firm said it had also made 13 lateral hires in the past year. It is also laying the ground for a Dubai launch later this year (23 April 2012).
