Stephenson Harwood hikes finance practice

Patel is the third lateral hire made by the City firm this year following those of project finance partner Nick Avery from Ashurst and commodities partner Peter Bennett from Holman Fenwick Willan. Patel is a general banking partner with expertise in corporate trusts, debt restructuring and real estate finance. He headed the corporate trusts practice at Dentons, having previously worked at Clifford Chance, Linklaters and Theodore Goddard.
