The definition of 'stalking" is to be probed by the Law Lords. They have granted leave for an appeal to them by Anthony Burstow who was convicted at Reading Crown Court under the Offences Against the Persons Act 1861 of causing grievous bodily harm to a woman, and jailed for three years. The Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal by Burstow on 29 July last year.
