Ujujshi, along with three partners and eight associates, is set to join Squire Sanders from Bakers at the start of July.
Ujejski, who has been based in Bakers' Warsaw office, will focus on Poland when he joins Squire Sanders, although he will work out of London. Chicago-based of counsel Peter Swiecicki will move across to Warsaw and will be joined by IT partner Eligiusz Krzesniak and finance of counsel Tomasz Stawecki, who are already based in Poland.
Meanwhile, Squire sanders managing partner, M&A lawyer Krzysztof Wiater, has left the firm to set up a local office for DLA Piper. His colleague Pawel Grzejszczak, an energy partner, has also defected to DLA Piper.
The managing partner role in Squire Sanders' Warsaw office will be filled by Kevin Connor, managing partner of the firm's Bratislava office. He will retain that role and work between the two locations.
