Speechly Bircham has picked up its second lateral this year after recruiting a former Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw (MBR&M) construction partner.
David Gwillim recently joined Speechly Bircham after spending over five years at MBR&M. Prior to Gwillim’s arrival at Speechly Bircham, Hammonds former Birmingham head of finance Chris Harlowe began work at the firm.
The Lawyer revealed in November that Harlowe was leaving for Speechly Bircham to grow a corporate recovery and insolvency practice.
Gwillim handles specialist contracting disputes on UK and international infrastructure, transport and reclamation projects with clients spanning Cleveland Bridge & Engineering and the Dover Harbour Board.
