On Sunday it hosted the special sitting of the High Court that put the rail operator into administration. Cameron's partners sat with government officials as Mr Justice Lightman made the Railway Administration order, the first ever application of the 1993 Railways Act. Banking partner John White and Private Public Partnerships (PPP) specialist partner Robert Philips led the Camerons team. Railtrack has traditionally looked to Simmons & Simmons as its main advisor.
