The UK LLP of SNR Denton has made up eight partners in its annual round of promotions.
Seven of the new partners are based in the firm’s London office, and one is in the Doha office. The promotions are in addition to the 16 partners made up in the US in February this year.
In London, three of the new partners - Bill Gibson, James Irvine and Veronika Koroleva - are part of the firm’s banking and finance group, and two - Martin Fanning and Jan Willem van den Bos – are in the technology, media and telecommunications team.
Also made up in London was real-estate lawyer Jason Sheard, and energy, infrastructure and project finance specialist Sam Boileau.
In Doha, corporate partner Romi Nayef has made partner.
In a statement global chief executive Elliott Portnoy said: “These new partners are not only exceptional lawyers, but also exemplify the client-focused and business-oriented lawyers that a global firm needs to be successful. We’re confident that each of them will contribute to the long-term overall success of the firm.”
