SNR Denton has bagged a key role advising on the administration of holiday camp company Pontin’s.
The leisure organisation, which currently runs five parks in Britain, went into administration on Friday.
SNR Denton partners Rachel Anthony and Graham Paine are the co-lead partners to the joint administrators at KPMG, Jane Moriarty, David Costley-Wood and Rob Croxen.
Anthony and Paine were instructed after being retained by the holiday park operator’s bank - Santander - on the matter. They are assisted by associates Ian Fox, Peter Sherwood and Rob Spedding.
Pontin’s was established in 1946 and at its height owned 30 parks. The administrators are in the process of seeking out an operator to manage the parks in the interim.
