In the table of clients making the most profit, Slaughters' UK stockmarket clients generate some u14 billion. Linklaters' clients lag behind with around u6.5 billion.
Tim Freshwater of Slaughters, one of the heads of the firm's corporate stream, says the number of clients has increased due to both completely new clients and clients developed from the increasing flotation work available.
