Slaughter and May has competed its firm-wide management reorganisation with Chris Saul taking over as head of corporate from Nigel Boardman.
The change-around also includes a new head of finance in Andrew Balfour who takes over from Richard Slater while tax leader Steve Edge stepped down and has been succeeded by Tony Beare. Elizabeth Barrett takes over the helm in dispute resolution from Richard Grandison.
From May 1 onwards the firm’s 10-person partnership board will have five new members including Saul, Balfour, real estate partner Graham White with corporate partners David Johnson and Philip Snell.
