Slaughter and May has completed its firmwide management reorganisation, with Chris Saul (right) taking over as head of corporate from Nigel Boardman. The changearound also includes a new head of finance in Andrew Balfour, who takes over from Richard Slater, while tax leader Steve Edge stepped down to be succeeded by Tony Beare. Elizabeth Barrett takes over the helm in dispute resolution from Richard Grandison.
