Skadden raids Haarmann in new German push

US firm Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has recruited Hans-Georg Berg from Haarmann Hemmelrath to boost its German tax practice.

Frankfurt head Hilary Foulkes said: “We are delighted that Dr Berg is joining us. First-class German tax capability is essential to both our growing German M&A and finance practices.”
