SJ Berwin scores Kennedys partner for arbitration drive

SJ Berwin is taking steps to prepare for the upcoming 10-country EU accession after recruiting Kennedys' former co-head of international arbitration.

David Goldberg joins SJ Berwin today (April 5) to help develop its international practice group using his experience of working on Central and Eastern European cases.

Alex Leitch, litigation partner at SJ Berwin, said: "We are looking to develop our arbitration practice. We do not expect our arbitration practice to be jurisdiction specific - we would do work wherever it happens to be."
