SJ Berwin property partner joins Shepherds

Shepherd & Wedderburn has appointed Michael Scott as a partner in the property group.
Scott was previously a partner in SJ Berwin’s real estate practice, having made partner at the firm in 2006. His departure is the third from SJ Berwin’s real estate team this month, following the defections of partners Nick Minkoff and Stephen Hughes to Mishcon de Reya. Shepherds chief executive Patrick Andrews said: “Michael brings a wealth of commercial property expertise and will be an excellent addition to our team in the City.”
