Private equity transactional specialist Tim Wright joins the firm’s corporate department from Clifford Chance today (11 October), while Michael Bywell will join commercial litigation from DLA on 1 November.
Wright is expected to bolster the firm’s transactional buyout expertise. His clients include Duke Street Capital and Star Capital. It is hoped that Bywell’s appointment will increase the firm’s presence in the IT and telecoms sectors.
