SJ Berwin hire seals EDS relationship

•SJ Berwin has strengthened its relationship with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Legal Affairs, bringing on board an outsourcing specialist from the key client. Andrew Sutherland will join the firm as a commercial associate on 14 May. His appointment follows that of head of outsourcing David Meredith, who joined from Kemp Little in the New Year. Sutherland has been with EDS since 1998. He specialises in medium to large-scale UK and multijurisdictional IT and business process outsourcing transactions.
