Simmons scores High Court victory

HFC's dispute was with Centrica over the termination of the Goldfish
credit card joint venture in September. The dispute is whether the
cardholders should remain customers of HFC or become customers of Centrica. A ruling was sought on the complex joint venture agreements.

Simmons advised Interbrew on its challenge to the Competition Commission last month.
