Simmons & Simmons has recruited two partners to strengthen its Italian practice. Corporate partner Marco Franzini joins its Milan office from Studio Legale De Berti & Jacchia and telecoms partner Antonio Lombardo moves to the Rome office from Piergrossi Villa Manca Graziadei. The Milan and Rome offices now have nine partners and 40 other legal staff.
