Simmons & Simmons has ramped up its UK banking practice, appointing its fourth partner in two months, taking on White & Case asset finance associate Mark Moody. Moody has recently acted for BNP Paribas, Société Générale and for various airlines. The move follows high-level banking hires as it aims to double its headcount.
