Simmons adds Paul Hastings employment partner to Shanghai team

Ligorner, who is based in Shanghai, also chaired Paul Hastings’ China employment law and anti-corruption practices prior to joining Simmons.

She is experienced in a range of matters, including employment and anti-corruption due diligence and employee transition issues in M&A transactions.

She will work closely with the Simmons’ China head of employment Fiona Loughrey.

Ligorner’s appointment comes a week after the firm hired finance partner Yongmei Cai in Beijing from King & Wood (1 March 2012).
