I started my training contract last month in a medium to large city law firm. But I have started thinking that I would be more suited to a career in-house after previously doing work experience in a company’s legal department. I want to complete my training contract but worried about the seats I take. Does it matter what seats I do or should I look to tailor my seat choices? If the latter, then what seats should I choose?
