The little and Large of law caused much mirth at Clifford Chance recently following a trip to the gym. Perhaps the circuit training was particularly strenuous that day, or maybe the high-carb diet was at fault, but for some inexplicable reason the firm’s tallest, gangliest partner apparently took it upon himself to dress in his vertically challenged chum’s clobber.
Incredible as it seems in the harsh light of day, the chap, with trousers dangling round his knees, then made his way back to the office, only realising that something was amiss when his secretary pointed out that for some reason his attire looked slightly different from usual.
The shorter partner, meanwhile, was spotted walking the corridors with an overabundance of cloth. They are clearly working too hard over at Clifford Chance.
