In the continuing trend of law firms opening offices in places because partners fancy a bit of sun, Ince & Co has launched an office in Monaco (see story).
The new office is designed to help the firm get closer to its shipping, international trade, offshore energy and yachting clients. It might not seem like the most obvious jurisdiction for a law firm to open an office, but for Ince Monaco has everything: namely sea and an abundance of rich people.
LG also has an office in the world’s second smallest country (only the Vatican is smaller - thank you, Wikipedia) and if Ince’s recently relocated staff want to know what they can expect from their new digs, they can read LG partner William Easun’s postcard on what it’s like to be a lawyer in Monte Carlo (see story).
