Shepherds brings in second recent lateral

Harvey joins the ­Scottish firm from Dickinson Dees, where he was a partner in the firm’s London litigation practice. Shepherds chief executive Patrick Andrews said: “His experience significantly strengthens our ­English litigation capability and will allow us to grow this ­practice in response to increasing demand from our clients.” The appointment follows the firm’s October acquisition of Anderson Strathern head of UK employment Neil Maclean.
