Shepherd and Wedderburn has made its second lateral partner hire in as many months, with Guy Harvey joining its commercial dispute resolution practice.
Harvey joins the Scottish firm from Dickinson Dees, where he was a partner in the firm’s London litigation practice. Shepherds chief executive Patrick Andrews said: “His experience significantly strengthens our English litigation capability and will allow us to grow this practice in response to increasing demand from our clients.” The appointment follows the firm’s October acquisition of Anderson Strathern head of UK employment Neil Maclean.
