Shepherd + Wedderburn ups London corporate

Shepherd + Wedderburn has boosted its London corporate practice with a new addition from Barlow Lyde & Gilbert. Robert Lyons joins the five-partner London branch with 17 years’ experience in corporate finance, including spells at Linklaters and Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw. He will become the second corporate lawyer at the London office, which opened in 2001.
