Shearman & Sterling has snared Norton Rose corporate heavyweight Laurence Levy for its London M&A team. Levy is a specialist in M&A, equity offerings, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. His key clients include power giant Drax Holdings and Corus. Norton Rose head of corporate finance Tim Marsden said the move was amicable and that Levy was not proposing to take any heritage clients.
