This year, The Lawyer’s annual ranking of the largest UK law firms by turnover is available as an interactive, digital benchmarking tool. For the first time this will allow you to manipulate each data set against the metrics of your choice.
Shearman & Sterling has made up seven partners across five offices: Abu Dhabi, Düsseldorf, London, New York and Paris.
Iain Elder, a project development and finance partner, will join the partnership in the Abu Dhabi office, while Robert Freedman, Daniel Laguardia and Russell Sacks are all New York partners, specialising in project development and finance, litigation and market regulatory/ capital markets, respectively.
Litigation partner Richard Kelly joins the London partnership, while Mark McNeill, who practises international arbitration, has been made up in Paris. Corporate partner Dr. Martin Neuhaus is the sole promotion in the Düsseldorf.
