Sezin Turan is a principal in Cerrahoğlu’s Corporate Department. She joined the firm in 1998.
Turan’s practice areas include corporate and commercial law, in particular mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance transactions, debt and equity capital markets transactions and privatisations.
She speaks Turkish and English and has a law degree from Ankara University.
