Seven make the partnership grade at Simpson

The remainder of this year’s promotions are all based in Simpson’s New York office. They include a mix of corporate, litigation and real estate partners.

De Membrillera focuses on private equity M&A and high-yield offering for underwriters and private equity sponsors in Europe and Latin America. He joined the firm’s City base in 2002.

The promotions take effect from January 1 2011. The New York partners are:
