Commercial junior Geraldine Clark joins the chambers from 4/5 Gray’s Inn Square. She specialises particularly in insurance/reinsurance, shipping and fraud cases and is qualified as a mediator. Her arrival brings the number of mediators at Serle Court to 10.
Meanwhile David Casement, a member of North West set Exchange Chambers, is joining Serle Court as an associate tenant. He will remain a tenant at Exchange. Casement is dual-qualified at the English and Irish bars, and has a strong chancery and commercial practice with clients including banks and finance houses.
The new tenants bring the number of members at Serle Court to 48 including 12 silks.
