Seçil Abalı is a principal in Cerrahoğlu’s Corporate Department. She joined the firm in 2000.
Abalı’s practice areas include corporate law, commercial law and competition law, in particular mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance transactions, debt and equity capital markets transactions and merger control procedures.
She advises numerous major international companies with regard to cartel and abuse of dominant position matters.
She speaks Turkish and English and has a law degree from Dokuz Eylül University, as well as an LLM degree from London Guildhall University.
