Holborn-based firm Segens has taken on two partners in the last week, including property expert Peter Felton. Felton joins the firm with two other fee-earners from Feltons at the same time as property partner Tim Milton, taking Segens' lawyer count up to 11. As well as moving into larger premises in April, Segens will set up a three-lawyer corporate department by June. Segens senior partner Michael Segens said: "We're a small law firm doing big-firm work, which is a nice problem to have." Segens is hoping that the planned expansion will push turnover to £3.5m, up from £2m.
