  • The Law Society was handling matters well with the Government until the process was hijacked. The Society represents all firms, not just small high street practices. The sooner a positive result is obtained in the referendum the better.

    Well duh. -You may be too young or short in the memory department to recall that D&W and McGrigors both entered into MDP arrangements with accounting firms.
    D&W's ended most excitingly following Enron and general awkwardness all round.

    No excuse not to have heard of these firms really.
