Yorkshire commercial law firm Schofield Sweeney is merging with property, tax and trust firm Sampson Horner with effect from 1 May.
The merged firm will retain the name Schofield Sweeney and have a total staff of 65 and a combined turnover of £4m. Senior Sampson partners Nick Knight and Hilary Atkinson will join Schofield Sweeney as consultants. The two firms will relocate from their current Bradford offices to new a premises in Church Bank, also in the city. Jon Parker
