Sarah Bowles has broad-based experience, which includes advising a variety of UK and overseas companies at all stages of their development, on matters ranging from commercial contracts to equity and debt issues.
She has been involved in international and domestic corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions work.
A member of our financial markets department, she specialises in advising investment firms on all aspects of law and regulation applicable to the discretionary management of investments, the provision of investment products and services and provision of advisory services including corporate finance services, both UK and cross border.
Having previously worked in London and Hong Kong, Sarah joined Simmons & Simmons in 1994 and became a partner four years later.
