Salans Warsaw hires trio of lawyers from Clifford Chance

Partner Piotr Dulewicz, counsel Michał Karwacki and associate Michał Wasiak, all from Clifford Chance’s Warsaw office, join Salans as members of the firm’s M&A and private equity team.

Dulewicz is known for representing private equity funds and trade investors.

Salans Warsaw office managing partner Tomasz Dąbrowski said: “Expansion of the team is a further step towards [the] consistent development of our M&A/private equity practice team and strengthening the firm’s position in these areas both in Poland and in the CEE region.”
