Salans has bolstered its Warsaw office with the hire of three corporate lawyers from Clifford Chance.
Partner Piotr Dulewicz, counsel Michał Karwacki and associate Michał Wasiak, all from Clifford Chance’s Warsaw office, join Salans as members of the firm’s M&A and private equity team.
Dulewicz is known for representing private equity funds and trade investors.
