Michael Bronstein joins the employment department of the international firm's London office.
Bronstein will work with Salan's head of employment, Barry Mordsley who ironically taught Bronstein employment law when he took his solicitors' finals exams in 1981.
Bronstein says: "Salans is ideally positioned to benefit from the accelerating trend towards commercial and economic globalisation and I look forward to playing a role in the firm's development."
