Reynolds ;Porter Chamberlain (RPC) has unveiled a 9.4 per cent rise in turnover, from £52.9m to £57.85m.
It comes as the firm announces a management shake-up that will see corporate partner Jonathan Watmough become full-time managing partner, in place of chief executive Adrian Martin, who takes on a consultancy role at the firm.
Watmough said growth had been "evenly spread" across the firm's practices, with real estate faring "particularly well".
He added that RPC has also appointed former BDO Stoy Hayward and Deloitte marketing manager Richard Emanuel to the new role of chief operating officer to support him "in pushing forward the evolution of the firm".
