Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC) has dramatically turned down its place on the NHS Litigation Authority (NHSLA) panel. The firm, which has been a member of the panel for the past seven years, says the work offered by the NHSLA no longer fits in with its strategy. Chief executive Adrian Martin said that the decision was taken after a review of RPC’s work profile over the last year. The remaining 12 NHSLA panel firms are understood to be Barlow Lyde & Gilbert, Beachcroft Wansbroughs, Bevan Brittan, Brachers, Browne Jacobson, Capsticks, Eversheds, Hempsons, Hill Dickinson, Kennedys, Ward Hadaway and Weightmans.
