Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC) has poached a Pinsent Masons partner to boost its regulatory and brokers team. Insurance restructuring partner Miriam Bartlett has been hired to help RPC cope with an increasing flow of corporate insurance work. Bartlett’s clients include ING, which she advised on its solvent scheme of arrangement for five insurance and reinsurance subsidiaries based in the Netherlands and Australia. Osborne Clarke boosts profit by 27 per cent
Osborne Clarke has posted an impressive 27 per cent profit increase for the last financial year.
