Reynolds Porter Chamberlain has promoted two lawyers to the partnership, one down on the three it made up last year.
Richard Burger and Alison Clarke both become equity partners.
Burger, a regulation and compliance specialist, joined the firm in 2008 from Mills & Reeve. He previously worked at the FSA as a senior enforcement lawyer.
Insurance lawyer Clarke moved to the firm from No 1 Serjeants’ Inn in 2001, where she trained and practised as a barrister.
Managing partner Jonathan Watmough said: “Ours is a genuine full equity partnership so the bar is obviously that much higher. We’re absolutely delighted that Richard and Alison have made it. They are both exceptionally talented lawyers who will make a strong contribution to the firm’s continued success.”
