•Two former Rowe Cohen partners have left the firm to launch a specialist personal injury (PI) practice. Partners Jonathan Dwek and Andrew Farley are confident that their firm, Farley Dwek, which launched in April, will earn a fee income of £2m by the end of its third year in operation. Dwek said: "I've been working in the personal injury sector for 11 years and Andrew for 10. We have great experience in this sector." The firm is recruiting for associates and is considering its options to expand into other practice groups. Dwek said: "We may move into conveyancing and employment law in the future. At the moment we're just settling in. We're very busy, but we do want to keep the firm reasonably small."
