LONDON firm Rowe & Maw celebrated taking over property work for the Unilever Group by negotiating terms on the exchange of a subsidiary's Bedford premises.
The firm last month won the tender to supply legal services for all Unilever operating companies. Unilever's in-house property solicitor Ralph Harwood retired and assistant Nicola Morris joined the firm.
