Roschier hires Vinge trio, shakes up Stockholm management

Scandinavian firm Roschier has recruited three partners and appointed a new management team in its Stockholm office.
Malin Leffler, Pontus Enquist and Ola Sandersson from Swedish firm Vinge have joined Roschier’s partnership.
All three have expertise in corporate and M&A, while Leffler specialises in private equity.
Meanwhile Jens Bengtsson, who joined Roschier from Linklaters in 2006, has been appointed head of the Stockholm office. Fredrik Rydin, also formerly of Linklaters, takes on the role of co-head of office. Senior partner Axel Calissendorff previously had responsbility for managing Roschier’s Stockholm arm.
Roschier’s managing partner Ulf-Henrik Kull said: “We are entering a new era in the firm’s history. We are now clearly among the leading firms on the market, and it is time to build on that with a new cast of young and talented partners.”
