ROSENBLATT Solicitors has had a storming
year, posting another year of double-digit
growth, with turnover skyrocketing by 20 per
cent to £12m.
The firm has had some success already with
lateral hires this year, taking on corporate
partners Jon Lovitt from Kilpatrick Stockton
and Wayne O'Neill from Speechly Bircham.
AIM work is part of the corporate focus and
the firm also worked on the full listing of
Foseco by Collins Stewart for £169m, making
it the only non-magic circle firm to handle a full
listing.
In litigation, too, Rosenblatt has managed to
land high-profile work, including the
conditional fee arrangement with 900 veterans
against the Ministry of Defence.
Much of the firm's increased revenue is
attributable to the fees on the £122m
restructuring of the Sanctuary Group.
