WITH a 28 per cent hike in turnover and the
lure of two key laterals from Kilpatrick Stockton
in the past year, Shadbolt & Co is a firm on a
mission to make itself known in the City.
Deals include advising on the design and
build contract for the Dubai light rail network
and Group 4 Securicor's €30m (£20.31m)
disposal of two subsidiaries.
Apart from the two Kilpatrick laterals, the firm
also promoted two to its partnership, both in
the construction and engineering group.
The firm also has close links with its two
associated offices in Athens and Tanzania's Dar
es Salaam and is looking to ride the wave of
construction to further international expansion.
