It looks as though Tulkinghorn's long-time favourite axeman, Lovells property guru Bob Kidby, has competition.
Last week a jazz band featuring two Pinsent Masons property lawyers - Andrew Yates and David Meecham - raised around £5,000 for the Birmingham Children's Hospital and Acorns Children's Hospice at their annual gig.
The band, cunningly named Hot Property (do you see what they did there?), is made up of property developers and professionals from the Midlands. This was their sixth annual bash, taking the total the band has raised over the years to more than £35,000.
Tulkinghorn reckons they should get themselves on the bill at Kidby's 'Party near the Park' and have a good old-fashioned guitar duel, like Steve Vai and Ralph Macchio in Crossroads.
