Richards Butler has come out on top this week following a competitive tender to become legal adviser on commercial matters to property services group Trillium.
The City-based firm will also offer day-to-day advice in other areas, including intellectual property, competition, insurance and property.

In 1997, Trillium won the prime contract to own, manage and maintain the Department of Social Security's buildings. The contract began in April 1998 when 650 DSS buildings were transferred to Trillium, making it one of the UK's largest real estate holders. It has over 600 employees in 40 offices across the country.
