Richard Butler has poached Trowers & Hamlins' head of Oman to lead its new office in the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC).
Sean Angle joins Richards Butler after two spells at Trowers, which culminated in his role as the firm's managing partner in Omani capital Muscat. Angle will be replaced at Trowers by Omani national Majid Al-Toky, who has been a partner at the firm for six years. He will lead Trowers' largest office in the region. Richards Butler expects the office to house five lawyers by the end of the year, including some transfers from both Reed Smith and Richards Butler.
